Service Description and Eligibility

Ramalama AI provides an automated workflow that creates a costume walk video from an uploaded person or pet photo. AI results vary and may contain visual errors. Examples show intended use and do not guarantee an identical result.

You must be legally able to enter into the purchase and use the service in your location. Any minimum-age requirement, operating entity, governing law, and jurisdiction must be finalized before paid launch and must not be inferred from this draft.

Content Ownership and Permission

You must own the uploaded content or have permission to upload it, transform it with third-party AI services, and receive the result. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, store, validate, deliver, and delete the content.

Your order remains private by default. Public display requires a separate optional consent.

Payments, Credits and Subscriptions

Prices and included credits are shown before checkout. A standard video currently uses 100 credits. A Single Video purchase is an order-bound entitlement for one standard generation; it is not a general-purpose account balance. Pack and subscription credits are reusable subject to their displayed validity rules. Credits or an entitlement may be reserved when a valid task is accepted and settled only after a valid result is stored. Technical failure releases the reservation.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund the current period.

You are responsible for your account credentials. Guest customers must protect the order number, Recovery Code, and browser session. Email alone is not proof of access.

AI Limitations

Generation time depends on the selected provider, queue, and source image. We may pause a template, model, or provider when quality, safety, cost, or availability falls below the release standard.

AI output may change facial, body, fur, costume, background, or motion details and may not follow the intended camera sequence exactly. A technically valid result is not a promise of frame-by-frame identity or artistic accuracy.

Acceptable Use and Enforcement

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms.

We may reject an input, stop a task, restrict access, or preserve evidence when reasonably needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms.

Liability, Jurisdiction and Support

Liability limitations, governing law, dispute terms, operating entity, and consumer-law disclosures require final legal review before paid launch. This page does not invent those terms before the necessary business information is supplied.
