Ramalama AI offers a guest or signed-in Single Video purchase, a signed-in Three Video Pack, and a recurring Creator Monthly plan. Each purchase type has different delivery, credit, renewal, and cancellation rules shown before checkout.
When a task fails for a verified technical reason before a valid result is stored, reserved credits are released. The service may provide one controlled retry before refund review.
A guest or signed-in single-video payment may be eligible for refund when the paid order-bound entitlement cannot be delivered or restored. Refunding that entitlement does not deduct unrelated pack or subscription credits. A subjective preference after a technically valid result is produced does not automatically qualify.
Unused pack credits may be reviewed where required by applicable law. Used or transferred value is not refundable except where required by law or caused by a verified service failure.
If a result appears corrupted, unplayable, unrelated to the submitted task, or materially outside the published output specification, retain the order and job IDs and contact support. Review may require a screenshot or other non-sensitive evidence. This is not an unconditional satisfaction guarantee.
You can cancel future renewal from the account billing area when supported by the active payment provider, or through support. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Contact support@ramalamaai.app or open a signed-in support ticket. Include the order number and job ID, but never include passwords, full payment details, or a guest recovery code.
No fixed support or refund-processing time is promised until it is confirmed before paid launch.
Approved refunds return through the original payment method. Provider processing time can vary. Payment-provider fees, taxes, currency conversion, and mandatory consumer remedies are handled according to the active provider and applicable law; final operating terms require business and legal review.
