Data Collected

We process account details, purchase and credit records, support requests, uploaded photos, generation settings, generated videos, technical logs, and security signals needed to operate the service.

Payment providers process payment credentials. Ramalama AI stores provider references and transaction status, not full card data.

Purpose and Legal Grounds

We use this information to authenticate accounts, accept and reconcile purchases, generate and deliver requested videos, prevent abuse, provide support, keep accounting and security records, and comply with applicable obligations. The exact legal grounds depend on the customer location and the service relationship and require final review for the operating entity and jurisdiction.

Third-party Processors

We share only the data needed for a service to perform its role. These services may include Neon for database hosting, Cloudflare for application delivery and private R2 storage, enabled authentication and payment providers, analytics configured with appropriate consent, support tooling, and the AI generation provider selected after model validation. Current provider details must be reviewed before paid launch.

Storage and Retention

Inputs and outputs are stored privately and are used to provide the requested generation. An unpaid draft photo expires after 24 hours. After a task ends, its input may be retained for up to seven diagnostic days and never beyond 14 days from submission. A completed video is retained for 14 days from completion. Access stops at the recorded expiry even if storage lifecycle deletion takes a limited additional period.

Payment, accounting, fraud-prevention, consent, and security records can have different retention requirements and are not deleted merely because a generated media file expires.

Sharing and Public Examples

Customer content is private by default. We do not use a generated video in Examples, advertising, or public promotion based only on acceptance of this policy. Public use requires a separate optional consent after generation. That consent records its version, time, and scope and can be withdrawn for future display.

Your Rights, Deletion and Security

We use access controls, private object storage, expiring download access, encryption in transit, and audit records. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of public-example consent by contacting support@ramalamaai.app. Some transaction and security records must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

Cookies, Updates and Contact

Essential cookies support sessions, guest order access, security, and checkout. Optional analytics or customer-service scripts are loaded only when enabled and, where required, after consent.
